Receive a Customized Bid & Schedule from Patterson. We prepare a detailed plan based on the landscape architect's construction documents for your unique pool. Our goal is to give you an accurate and precise bid for your home. We focus on accuracy, quality, and details. We won’t undershoot your cost to win your bid. Our process ensures that there will be no budget surprises along the way.
Step 3
Real time updates and a fun building experience. Next to quality construction, time and budget are the biggest building priorities. We stay in communication every step of the way through our online portal. You’ll receive real time updates, photos, action steps, and budget status all in one place. Our streamlined process keeps things simple and enjoyable.
