Chase brings nearly two decades of hands-on construction experience and leadership. He began his career working on a trim crew for Legendre Construction and has continued to grow his knowledge over the past 17 years. Since stepping into his first superintendent role in 2013, Chase has built a strong reputation for his work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to project success.

As Construction Manager, Chase works closely with subcontractors and vendors throughout the bidding process, project coordination, scheduling, and daily site operations. He is also highly involved in client communication, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout every phase of the build.

Beyond his work in construction, Chase proudly serves with the East Side Fire Department, where he has been a dedicated member for 17 years.
