I first saw a Patterson townhome while living in Florida. My criteria was a new single-story townhome with a separate bath and shower, wood floors, 2 bedrooms, and private outdoor space. This home had all of that and more! I found the home a year ago, but due to other circumstances, decided not to buy it (although it was beautiful!). I continued my search, which included North Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, and a few other places. I was unable to find the quality, details, and value of the Patterson home. A year later: I had been keeping an eye on the new Patterson Construction Group community. There were a few left, and I decided to go for it. I couldn't be happier! The home is more beautiful than I remembered (a different home than the one I initially viewed, but the same quality and details. And—more privacy, I bought an end unit!) I am so pleased and grateful to have the opportunity to live in a Patterson home! The Pattersons were very responsive and easy to work with— everyone made the buying experience a pleasant one!
