Casey and Dianna Patterson started Patterson Construction Group in 2003 to craft beautiful, high-quality homes of solid and sound construction. That hasn't changed, and today we're a comprehensive design-develop-build contractor with an award-winning portfolio of residential homes across the Greater Baton Rouge area. Since 2014, we've also participated in new neighborhood communities as a developer and builder.

Move In
Select all of your finishes—paint color, cabinet hardware, light fixtures and more. Once your final selections are complete it's time to schedule your closing and make yourself at home.
